The marina of Gefle Segelsällskap is located in the Gulf of Bothnia and the northern Åland Sea area, in Engesbergsviken, 5 nautical miles northeast of Gävle. Gefle Segelsällskap is a unique historic sailing club. Founded in 1880, it is one of Sweden’s oldest sailing clubs, second only to the Royal Swedish Yacht Club.

The marina offers a pleasant and beautiful environment. There is a clubhouse and restaurant, as well as nearby swimming and playground areas, and bus connections to central Gävle. The fishing village of Bönan and the pilot museum are located 2.5 km away.
