Cancel a booking

When booking, you are offered the option to purchase cancellation insurance. With cancellation insurance, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before check-in — in other words, before 12:00 (noon, local campsite time) the day before arrival. The cancellation happens immediately and the amount you’ve paid is refunded within a few business days.

If you only wish to cancel some of the nights, you can shorten your booking by changing its dates instead.
