Reschedule a booking

If you’ve opted to purchase cancellation insurance, you can pick new arrival and departure dates for your booking up to 24 hours before check-in. Your booking must remain a single continuous stay — you can cancel nights at the start or at the end of the booking, but you can’t split it into several parts.

Once it’s too late to change your arrival date, you can still add nights, or cancel one or more of the final nights of your booking. A night can be cancelled up until 24 hours before check-in on that day.
